The Bearskin newsletter was produced between the years of 2008-2018, for those who subscribed to support the museum via 'The Society of Friends of The Guards Museum'.
Across 33 issues, The Bearskin explores various elements of the history of the Foot Guards - with articles ranging from the evolution of Guards' uniforms, stories of Victoria Cross winners, to explorations of museum objects and photographs on display. Each issue is usually between 7 - 10 pages long.
As the Society of Friends has since disbanded, some information contained may be outdated. This may include Society updates, merchandise for sale, or contact information. We therefore ask that you do not refer to The Bearskin as a reflection of the museum's current activity, but instead as a resource for historical interest.
