Shipping Policy
Delivery Times:
We aim to process and dispatch your order within two working days, but please allow up to ten days for our parcel to arrive, especially during busy times.
Delivery Method:
We'll send your order to the delivery address your provide. For UK orders, we use the Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Service.
Shipping Costs (UK Only):
- Orders with a value up to £49.99 are charged a standard rate of £5.99
- Orders with a value of £50 or more are FREE
International Deliveries:
Currently suspended
Unfortunately, at this time we will not be shipping orders outside of the UK, but we hope to offer this service soon.
Missing Packages:
Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We must be notified within 30 days of when the order should have arrived. After this time, we cannot replace any orders free of charge.
