Colonel's Review Package, King's Birthday Parade Rehearsal, Saturday 6th June, 2026

Join us for a special day at Horse Guards Parade and The Guards Museum, on Saturday 6th June, 2026.  You'll see the final full dress rehearsal for the 'Trooping of the Colour', as hundreds of Guardsmen and mounted Household Cavalry demonstrate months of intense preparation and hard work, all accompanied by the splendid music of the Household Division Bands.  Her Majesty The Queen (Regimental Colonel of the Grenadier Guards) will take the salute.

Once the parade ends at 12:30pm, make your way across St. James's Park to The Guards Museum.   Enjoy a welcome drinks reception and a delicious 3-course summer lunch at a beautifully laid table in the central gallery, complete with guest speaker to share the history of the parade and personal anecdotes from his service as a Guards Officer.  You'll be surrounded by 400 years of history and artefacts, soaking up the traditions and splendour of the Guards.

The day begins at Horse Guards at 9:30am, with welcome drinks at The Guards Museum at 12:45pm and lunch served at approximately 1:15pm.  The event ends at approximately 3:00pm.

Support The Guards Museum with its fundraising efforts, and enjoy a great day out too!  All profits from these event packages will fund our ongoing programme of maintenence, refurbishment and improvements to The Guards Museum experience, and help us with our running costs.
